Finish Class 10 (SSLC)
Your Class 10 marks decide which colleges and which subject combinations you can get into. Nothing is decided for life at this point.
Pick what comes next
You can join PUC (Science, Commerce or Arts), or go straight to a Diploma, an ITI trade, or a short vocational course. All six routes lead to real careers.
Take the entrance exam for your route
Most professional courses need an entrance exam after Class 12 — for example NEET for medicine, KCET or JEE for engineering. Board marks alone are usually not enough.
Finish your course, then keep going
After a degree you can work, study further, take a government exam, do research, or start your own business. Every pathway on this site shows all of those options.

What we mean by “908 careers”
A career is one specific thing you can become — we document 908, counted once even when several courses reach it. A route is one complete way of getting there: SSLC → stream → course → ending. Routes outnumber careers because the same destination can be reached more than one way, and because we also document research routes and the senior roles a career grows into.
