Tuition for the full 4 years. A KCET government seat is the cheapest route; COMEDK sits in the middle and a management seat in the same college can cost several times more for the identical degree.

Fees change every year and differ by college — confirm with the college before paying. Scholarships can cover much of this.

SSLC through to leadership.

1. 1Foundation · 1 Year🎓 SSLC — Class 10Finish Class 10. Your marks decide which colleges and subject combinations are open to you next.
2. 2Stream Selection · 2 Years🔬 PUC — ScienceTwo years of pre-university study in the Science stream. This is where you prepare for the entrance exam.
3. 3Entrance Exam · Exam year📝 KCET / COMEDK / JEE MainEntry to B.E / B.Tech is through KCET / COMEDK / JEE Main. JEE Main is run by National Testing Agency (NTA) and leads to NITs, IIITs, CFTIs and the JEE Advanced qualifier for IITs. COMEDK UGET is run by Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka and leads to Private and deemed engineering colleges in Karnataka. KCET is run by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) and leads to Engineering, farm science, nursing and allied courses in Karnataka. Dates change every year — always confirm on the conducting authority's official portal.
4. 4Degree · 4 Years📘 B.E / B.TechEngineering: 4 Years. You can specialise in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence & ML, Information Science, Data Science and more.
5. 5First Job · After graduating💼 Software EngineerCommon starting roles include Software Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist.
6. 6Higher Studies · Optional🎯 MTech/MS (2Y)You can continue with MTech/MS (2Y), MBA (2Y), PhD (3–5Y).
